This year's theme, "TRANSFORMATI·OWN", is built on a powerful idea: True transformation begins the moment we choose to own it.
The logo creatively merges the words Transformation and Own, symbolising that growth is not accidental. It is personal, intentional, and driven by responsibility. The highlighted "OWN" stands bold and vibrant, representing accountability, action, and self-leadership.
At the heart of the logo is the circular evolving motif, a symbol of continuous progress, movement, energy, and inner evolution. Its flowing form reflects that transformation is never linear; it is a dynamic journey of learning, adapting, and becoming.
The contrast of deep purple and energetic orange represents the balance between wisdom and ambition, reflection and action, vision and execution.
